Band of the week.

Punchout.

I always enjoy seeing this band play, always have. I anticipate every show they are on. One of my favorite locals if not #1. Matty is one of the best frontmen by far. Plus, I their style is heavy fucking hardcore. Merauder style. Has anyone every just watched Beebes, the drummer, play? It seems he came out of the womb thrashin. Their first real demo in 07 was my favorite demo for a long time, never got old and never will imo. The full length is even better. So, I do not know what the next release will make me wanna do. Come out to Pulling Teeth sunday.

I am not good at all at talking about bands and their strong points. So next week someone else can pick a band of the week.

Always enjoy their shows. They do a killer Sheer Terror cover... wish they would still do their shark attack cover, though.

But, Micha... God dammit, there are so many better Integrity songs to pick from. Haha

I remember when they covered Sick-O. Do it again.

Anyone got their demo they could send me? I haven't had it since I got a new computer..
